SaskPower – Tools for Success: An Introduction to Competitive Bidding

This training is intended for new or infrequent bidders to SaskPower, however the material discussed could resemble public procurements in general. The training is structured around the 7 Steps of Public Procurement, and provides ample opportunity for supplier questions and open dialogue. Portions of the training focus on SaskPower specific forms and processes, to provide suppliers with a clear and transparent knowledge of our procurement process.
