Event Summary: This session uses an experiential exercise to teach intercultural competency. Attendees have an opportunity to reflect upon communication and how we retreat into assumptions, confusion, conformity, and/or frustrations when those around us ‘speak’ differently (both verbal and non-verbal communication).
