Katelyn Sebastian is a structural engineer with over 10 years of experience in Structural Engineering and Project Management in buildings engineering.  Katelyn is a founder and owner of Driftstone Consulting, located in Regina, Saskatchewan and providing services across 8 provinces and territories.  Katelyn was the inaugural recipient of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) Young Professionals Award, having held several positions with CSCE at a local and national level.  She is the current Vice-Chair and incoming Chair of the ACEC-SK Buildings Committee.

Katelyn is an advocate for women in engineering.  She is passionate about seeking out projects that make a difference, whether large or small.  She firmly believes that providing services based on transparency and strong communication are fundamental to the enhancement of the image of the consulting engineering industry.  Her firm has committed to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Call to Action for Businesses, and has created an indigenous partnership as part of that commitment.
